Every CES piece is made to order for you. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t the size or item you ordered, email us at justin@teamces.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
For anything else, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping
Orders are printed or embroidered when you place them and usually ship in 5 to 9 business days, plus transit. You’ll get tracking by email. US shipping only. Free shipping on orders over $100.
